At Sexy Comfort Lingerie, we want you to be 100% satisfied with you purchase.
That's why we have a 30 day return policy. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority!
We try to make your shopping experience a great one and in an effort to make
sure you're happy with your purchase.

Please, important notes:

1.  All returned items require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

2.  Please Email us at CustomerService@SexyComfortLingerie.com to request a
     Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and please include your: 
     Name, OrderNumber and Reason for retun.

3.  In order to accept an item for return, it must be unused, clean and with tags
     attached in the original packaging.

4.  Do to health restrictions, we cannot accept returns of any lingerie items sold
     through this online store if merchandise is abused or mishandled.

5.  You can return your items for a change in size of the same item or a store
     credit towards another purchase. Store cedit will be good for a period of one
     year from the date of the return after which time it will expire if left unused.   

6.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There is $5.00 restocking 
     fee on all retuns and exchanges and the customer is responsible for all
     shipping and handling charges associated with their return / exchange.

7.  We guarantee all our products. If products are defective from the
     manufacturing process we will replace the item or you can be given
     a store credit as long as it has not been mishandled or misused and
     the tags are still attached.
