All clothing orders in stock placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 p.m. EST (Excluding
Weekends & Holidays) will generally ship within 24 to 48 hours (unless backordered)
from the time that your order was received.

All orders that contain shoes may take up to 3 business days after the day of the order
to ship when selecting standard shipping. When ordering shoes, to guarantee shipment
within 24 hours you must select next day or second day shipping.

Your order will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX or USPS in a plain, discreet box. No word of
"LINGERIE" will be present on the package. Orders will be labeled "S C L DIST. CTR" with
the Company initials "S C L" for your privacy.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know that your
order was received. After processing and shipping your order, you will receive a shipping
confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.

If your order happen to be on backordered, you will be notified and your order will be
shipped out immediately when it becomes available.
